Q: Are you bonded and insured?
A: Yes, we would be happy to provide you proof of bonding history, liability, automobile and workers compensation insurance.

Q; Where is your business located and what areas do you serve?
A: We are located at 637 Lindaro St. #203 in San Rafael and serve Marin, San Francisco and Sonoma Counties.

Q: Do you have references in my area?
A: Yes, we would be happy to provide you with a list of previous customers to call. You can also see what people have said about us on our testimonial page

Q: What is the length of your workmanship warranty?
A: Most workmanship shingle warranties are 12 to 15 years depending on the product chosen. Because we are a Master Elite contractor for GAFElk products, we are also able to offer up to a lifetime warranty on workmanship and materials.

Q: Do you provide financing?
A: Yes, we accept Mastercard and Visa, as well as offer Smartmoney on all GAFElk products with up to six months same as cash.

Q: Do we have a written safety program?
A: Yes, this insures proper safety at all time and lowers our insurance costs which is past along to the consumer.

Q: Are we an approved applicator for our manufacturer’s products?
A: Yes, we are a MaterElite contractor for GAFElk products and a Select Shingle Roofer from Certainteed.

Q: What is a MasterElite contractor and a Select Shingle Roofer?

It is based on our uncompromising commitment to the highest standards in sales, service and installation. The Select Shingle Roofer is the highest roofing credential given to an applicator of Certaineed products.

Q: Are you able to offer the Weatherstopper integrated roof system?A:Yes. As a MaterElite contractor we are able to officially install the Weatherstopper system which is backed by the Good Housekeeping Seal of approval.

Q: Is your company financially stable?
A: Yes, we can give you a list of our material suppliers for you to call for assurance.

Q: How long does it take to install the roof?
A: A typical roof takes 1-3 days to complete

Q: Do I need to be home while you install my new roof?
A: No. We just need access to outside power and water.

Q: Will the job be cleaned daily?
A: Yes. Every job is cleaned at the end of the day’s work and the property is gone over daily with a magnetic sweeper to pick up stray nails.

Q: Do you work with only homeowners?
A: No, we also work with contractors and property managers on many different projects from residential to commercial.
